Leader board and incorrect points earned

Ive had to exchange my I phone and I also have purchased a I pad. My cars will not download on my new devices. The points I had earned for 2016 are stopped at 63,597. Ive wins Sevareid different races and i never get credited with the points totals My points on the home screen listed 12,800 a week ago after I exchanged my phone for a new one . I also am not being given any of my 45 wins on the Southern 500 multiplayer game. I spent over an hour today talking to a Apple support supervisor and the app developer is accountable for all point and win tallies on your leader board. Ive had similar problems since I purchased this app in February of this year! Your support site always lays the problems Im having on Apple. They do not keep records for points wins or any similar problems with your Webb development Dept. I love this game . But I want my correct totals and all 9 of my race cars to be downloaded on my I pad that Ive already paid for once. Now your Webb site wants me to pay 49.99 to unlock everything and no commercials.help me please!!
